Terms of Service

Effective November 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the website and services of Partners on the Line LLC ("POTL," "we," "us"), an Arizona limited liability company. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. Clients who sign a written service agreement with us are also bound by that agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Our services

POTL answers phone calls for home-service businesses (our "Clients"), using an automated, AI-powered virtual assistant with human oversight. Depending on the Client's setup, we capture caller details, book or request appointments, send booking confirmations and reminders by text to callers who agree to receive them, transfer urgent calls according to the Client's rules, and deliver call summaries, recordings, and transcripts to the Client.

Calls, recording, and AI disclosure

Callers are told at the start of each call that they are speaking with a virtual assistant and that the call is recorded and transcribed. Callers may decline recording and will be offered a non-recorded option. Recordings and transcripts are kept for 90 days and handled as described in our Privacy Policy. The virtual assistant does not take payment card numbers.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program. Partners on the Line LLC sends text messages from (602) 878-3167 on behalf of the home-service businesses we serve (our "Clients") to people who call those businesses and agree to receive texts. Messages include appointment and booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-ups about the caller's call or service request. We do not send marketing texts to callers.

Consent. You receive texts only if you agree to receive them, for example by saying yes when asked during the call or by texting us first. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving service.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be delayed by carrier or network maintenance, so important confirmations may also be sent by email where we have one. Supported on major U.S. carriers. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Client accounts and payment

Plan details, fees, and billing terms for Clients are set out in each Client's order or service agreement. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, schedules, and rules they give us, and for having the right to receive and use their callers' information.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services for unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes, to send unsolicited messages, or to interfere with the services or their security.

Intellectual property

The POTL name, logo, website, and service materials belong to Partners on the Line LLC. Clients own their call data.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." Automated systems can make mistakes, and we do not guarantee that every call will be answered, every booking made, or every message delivered. Our services are not an emergency service; in an emergency, call 911.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, POTL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount the Client paid us for the services in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to those courts' jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
